How to Use

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the cup.
2. Fold the cup using a beginner-friendly fold (such as the C-fold or Punch-Down fold).
3. Insert the cup into the vagina while relaxed. Once inside, allow it to open and create a comfortable seal.
4. Check the seal by gently rotating the cup or running a clean finger around its base to ensure it has fully opened.
5. Wear for up to 12 hours, depending on your menstrual flow and following the manufacturer's instructions.
6. Remove the cup by washing your hands, pinching the base to release the seal, and gently pulling it out.
7. Empty the contents into the toilet or sink.
